Acting as a central point of contact for all stakeholders, including field crews, project managers, and subcontractors, relaying information, updates, and instructions.
Optimizing travel routes for construction crews to minimize travel time and maximize productivity.
Arranging for the delivery and pickup of construction equipment and machinery to and from job sites.
Coordinating the ordering and delivery of construction materials needed for projects.
Ensuring compliance with transportation regulations and company safety policies.
Addressing any issues or challenges that arise during operations, such as equipment malfunctions, traffic delays, or material shortages.
Maintaining accurate records of dispatched calls, driver routes, delivery times, and other relevant information.
Maintaining regular communication with drivers, providing updates on routes, delays, or any changes in schedule.
Monitoring equipment locations and utilization to ensure efficient resource allocation.
